Awaiting Avala Siri Lou

I had some light contractions early am on February 10th and woke up wondering, "Is today the day?". I had a scheduled doctors appointment that morning (8 am) and yes it was so I gave Connor a call and across the street to the hospital birthing center I went (11 am). Connor brought Tovi and Taran over for a quick hello and then they went home with Nana and Grandpa (1 pm). I was induced to speed things up because I had been slowly leaking amniotic fluid more than 24 hrs and they wanted to avoid risks and complications. At 4:46 pm Avala Siri Lou was born complaining but a healthy 7 lbs 2 oz and 19.5".
