Taran's new slide!

Sending Poo down first. Posted by Picasa

Taran loves playing outdoors, epecially on the swingset and slide in our neighbor's yard. We decided to get a slide for him to play with indoors during lousy weather or when it's too early or late to be out. Here he is testing it out one morning after discovering it in our room where Dad-ent had labored away putting it together.

A very happy boy! Posted by Picasa

Before Taran was born we received a beautiful crocheted baby blanket from my Aunt Dottie. It has always been Taran's favorite thing. When he was just weeks old he would get his fingers and toes through the crochet holes and just happily cling to it. He has never slept a night without it and it has endured much including being dragged everywhere, chewed on by 12 new teeth and survived a trip to Australia. It's hard sometimes to sneak it away to be washed and Taran has twice rescued it from the laundry basket. Although at first I thought the term "lovey" was too dopey it has grown on me and Taran's blanket is his Lovey (formally known as Lovey Lovenson). We are delighted to now have a Lovey Lovenson II!

Thank you Dottie!!!!!
