Playdoh was a bit messy today so just for fun Taran climbed in the sink for a quick rinse off. Tovi was quite amused.

I'm Almost Four!

Tomorrow is Taran's Birthday! He received some birthday money from Uncle Michael and Aunt Schawna and spent it today on... another garbage truck. He has quite the fleet of garbage trucks right now, I'm afraid to count them. He is delighted with his new addition. Thank you Michael and Schawna!

Visit from Uncle Michael!

Uncle/God Dad Michael was returning from a conference in St. Louis and had a layover in Seattle before heading off to Russia so... he stopped by for a visit with us. We had a lot of fun eating out, lounging, hiking along the river in the rain, playing playing playing playing, hiking up Badger Mt, watching the dark clouds and lightning strikes at the top, running down Badger Mt. and then watching the thunderstorm and pouring rain from the safety of our car, eating olives and cake.
